AiM Kart Brake/Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor

The AiM non-contact throttle/brake position sensor is suitable for all AIM MyChron kart dash/data loggers (MyChron5 S, MyChron5 and MyChron4 (both single and two temp versions) or eBox Extreme. The sensor comes complete with the patch lead required to connect the sensor to the MyChron expansion box, the standard method of connecting additional sensors to your system.

The position sensor can be used for the throttle or the brake pedal, representing critical support for kart drivers. Providing a precise indication of timing and intensity of acceleration or braking allowing you to understand if the driver is accelerating/braking at the right moment and with the correct strength. An essential fact to evaluate driver behaviour and improve their performance.

Robust and water-resistant

The sensor measures the distance between two points using a pedal position sensor. It gives an exact indication of the pedal position, measures its travel and shows all values in percentage in a 0 to 100% range.

Technical

The cable of kart brake/accelerator pedal position sensor ends with a 4 pins plastic Binder connector. It can be connected to both MyChron Expansion and eBox Extreme, which have metal connectors. This is why you need to purchase it with the correct extension cable.
